The Center for Education Evaluation and Policy Analysis is a research and evaluation center located in the Penn State Department of Education Policy Studies within the College of Education.
The Center is directed by Dr. Ed Fuller, an associate professor in the Educational Leadership Program in the EPS Department. Dr. Fuller has been employed in a variety of education positions, including high school mathematics teacher, director of research at the Texas State Board for Educator Certification, director of evaluation at the Charles A. Dana Center (UT-Austin), special research associate in the Educational Administration department at the University of Texas-Austin, senior researcher at the Center for Teaching Quality.
